Paheke B&B

Paheke is the perfect retreat.

A New Zealand Historic Places Trust listed property, the old house was built in 1862 with all of its charm and character.

An extension wing is in a style sympathetic to the historic house, but with all the modern conveniences and luxuries.

Come for a peaceful retreat or if you are in Northland on business, use Paheke as a comfortable place to stay or a base from which to try the Bay of Islands and Northlands best activities

For those wanting to dine with us

We have a wonderful formal dining room which has been filled with antiques of the period. Dining with us is reminescent of the dining elegance of times past. Paheke provides a home cooked three course meal with a choice for each course. The meal is served with a fine selection of New Zealand and Australian Wines. We prepare New Zealand cuisine utilising fresh local produce.

  • Dinner begins at  7.30pm.
  • To best cater for our guests, meals are available only by prior arrangement (24 hours notice is required).
  • NZ$60.00 per person
