Boulder Cafe

Located at Wairere boulders; a world unique geological phenomenon, right here in Northland. Well marked walking trails take you through the boulder valley and native bush.

The trails follow bridges, boardwalks and stairs, under and over the boulders and take from 40 minutes to 2 hours. We have our own bush pool swimming hole and hidden rock animals in the bush for kids to find.  You can also stay in our B&B or campsite.

Our café is fully open weekends and holidays serving lunches, baking, ice creams and drinks.
